    I’ve never heard of half of the stuff you’re talking about. A lot of but I can’t eat so what do you do in its place? What is pho?

      I’m sorry. I don’t understand your question. Could you explain a bit more? In this post I’m giving an example of what to eat during the elimination phase of the Autoimmune Protocol.
