First up, let’s take a look at some kitchen items that would make good gifts this Mother’s Day. Warning: be careful giving your mom a kitchen item! Make sure she truly loves to cook and wouldn’t be offended like you are telling her to work more on Mother’s Day! You have been warned!

1 | Cutting Board

A good, thick cutting board is a necessity in any kitchen. Give her a work of art to use each time she cooks! Beautiful and functional, a well-made cutting board can be used and enjoyed for a lifetime.

2 | Santoku Knife

The Santoku blade is my favorite knife, and I used this one specifically for almost 10 years before replacing it recently. It can be resharpened and will last a long time! A great investment for a very reasonable price!

3 | Spiralizer

A great gift for a mom who’s into low-carb eating or just looking for a new way to eat more vegetables. This is my latest kitchen toy, and it’s so easy and fun to use!

4 | French Press

Does your mom love coffee or tea? It doesn’t matter with the French press! Make top-notch coffee or tea with it!

5 | Turkish Kitchen Towels

Does your mom like practical gifts? Turkish kitchen towels are a beautiful and practical gift. If she’s anything like me, she likes 100% cotton towels. They absorb and stand up to hard use the best! And…you know she needs new ones!

Moms work so hard day in and day out. Why not give her a gift that will prompt her to take some time to be quiet, by herself, and relax!

6 | The Winter Sea

Ah, I just love a good book! This one had me hooked from the first chapter, and I couldn’t put it down! I finished it in 24 hours! A great read for your mom!

7 | Sheepskin Slippers

Cold feet be gone! These comfy, cozy slippers will be daily wear on cold mornings!

8 | The Nightingale

Another great read that your mom is sure to love. It’s a historical fiction set in World War 2 Nazi occupied France. It is a positively delightful, heart-wrenching read.

9 | A Pretty Journal

Wrap up a lovely notebook to catch all her thoughts as your mom takes some time to reflect, pray, or perhaps just make a grocery list. Beautiful paper products make a great gift!

10 | Blank Notecards

Beautiful, blank notecards are a timeless gift! The beautiful print is perfect for a quick thank you note or just a card to say hello! In my opinion, blank notecards are the only type to buy. They are endlessly useful!

11 | A New Favorite Mug

What mom doesn’t need a new favorite mug? My favorite mug is from this company, but unfortunately is discontinued. This one is beautiful and similar though!

12 | Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea

Mother’s Day is not complete without my favorite tea, and I think the mom in your life would love it too! There’s nothing better than a hot cup of cinnamon tea when curling up to enjoy a good book! Grab a tin of this tea plus a book for a perfect “Me Time” Mother’s Day gift!
