Kid-friendly, dairy-free hot chocolate for the whole family to enjoy!
Combine cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in a small sauce pan. Pour in 1/4 cup of almond milk and whisk until mostly smooth and dissolved.
Turn heat on medium-low and whisk continuously until sugar is completely dissolved, about 30 seconds.
Pour in the remaining almond milk and whisk until combined. Heat until desired temperature.
Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla. Serve hot. Enjoy!
